Kristen Bernard, Productivity Coach Kristen is a South Carolina native, but has called Charlotte home for 10 years. As a former elementary school teacher in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School system, she understands the importance of connecting with her clients and communicating effectively. She prides herself in gaining trust from her clients and achieving results through listening and helping others understand so that they can make their own informed decisions. Specializing in residential real estate & first-time home buyers, Kristen understands that most individuals and families just starting out in the process of buying a home have many questions and concerns. Buying a home is one of the largest investments most people make during their lifetime. Getting those questions answered correctly is the key to making a great deal and getting started with home ownership, a big part of the American Dream. It’s important to have someone who knows the market data, studies trends and is able to teach her clients in a way that they can understand this information. A home is not a home because of its room dimensions or the color of the walls. It is about how you feel when you walk through the front door. And the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there. This is about more than real estate. It is about your life and your dreams. Here at Keller Williams Realty, we take a different approach to real estate, one that is built on personal touches, win-win deals and positive results.
