Marissa Boyle believes in radical action. 

There’s no better proof of that than her career as a real estate entrepreneur, investor, and sales coach.  

After working in private wealth management as a hedge fund analyst, Boyle entered real estate in 2008 during the Great Recession. She has been a licensed REALTOR® since March 2009 and began working immediately on acquisitions and portfolio-building for institutional investors and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Her experience spans single-property and portfolio acquisitions, including brokerage representation on build-to-rent subdivision projects as part of her REIT execution work. She began flipping homes in 2010–2011, operating on both the capital and execution sides of residential real estate.

In 2012, she founded her own brokerage and served as Broker-in-Charge of Lodestone Real Estate, where she built and led a sales team while coaching agents internally. In 2016, she expanded her work to formally coach other real estate agents at Keller Williams, serving as Director of Productivity Coaching and applying a systems driven, performance based approach to sales training.

In February 2019, she launched Marissa Boyle Coaching as a paid training company for producing real estate agents. After joining eXp Realty in March 2022, internal coaching was provided to her downline during a defined build phase. That phase concluded at the end of 2025. Today, the work operates again as a standalone coaching and training company, with $10M Agent Training serving as the flagship program. Students inside $10M Agent Training apply Boyle’s proprietary frameworks over a 12 month execution period.

Her work is grounded in growth, accountability, and the relentless elimination of anything that no longer works. The result is a simplified, execution driven approach to real estate that prioritizes ownership, durability, and long-term freedom over volume for volume’s sake.

Across her career, Boyle has completed over 3,000 transactions spanning institutional investor acquisitions, luxury residential sales, and corporate relocation for major medical systems and Fortune 500 companies. She has founded and operated an iBuyer company and a title insurance company, and later successfully sold her top 1% real estate sales team, iBuyer company, and title insurance business, completing full-cycle exits across brokerage, operations, and real estate services to focus full-time on coaching and investing.

In addition to coaching, Boyle is an active investor and principal, with direct experience across residential acquisitions, development, flips, and long-term holdings. Her work is grounded in a simple operating philosophy—Make It. Keep It. Invest It.—guiding producing agents to build income, protect it, and systematically convert it into ownership, including buying one rental property for each year they sell real estate.

In 2022, she ranked in the top 1% of influencers and #11 nationally in sales volume from her nationwide referral business at eXp Realty. She was also recognized on the 2023 RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand list, published in The Wall Street Journal, ranking #57 nationally.

Marissa Boyle Coaching operates as an independent coaching and training company, with all curriculum, frameworks, and delivery designed and owned by the firm.

Marissa holds a degree in Financial Mathematics and Statistics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
